Returns and Exchange
We are happy to assist you in providing you with a credit note, exchange or refund if you wish to return or exchange item(s) from your order for any reason. Kindly note that
- No refund for change of mind, only exchange is possible in such cases
- No refund for sale items
- Tiny Twig must receive return items within one month of the actual purchase date
- Goods must be in their original packaging with tags attached
- Post your items along with the returns/exchange form to the address below:

Please note that Tiny Twig will reimburse your return postage if you can prove that the items you received were faulty, damaged or wrong, but no reimbursement is given in case of a change of mind. In such a case, you may have to pay the postage again for the item exchanged. It is your responsibility to use postage with tracking option as Tiny Twig cannot take responsibility for parcels that do not arrive at our address.
We will contact you if the items requested in the exchange are not available or if further payment is required. We recommend that you place another order online and later request a refund for the returned goods. Please allow up to 7 days for your returns to be processed and replacements to be dispatched.
Damaged or faulty goods
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team by email to firstname.lastname@example.org Post the item to us along with the proof of purchase, and we will assess it for any manufacturing defects. We will offer you a replacement or credit if the item is found faulty after assessment. However, if after a fair and careful evaluation, we determine the item(s) not to have a manufacturing defect, we will return the item(s) to you.
Receiving wrong items
If you have received items that do not match your purchase description or received an item that was not ordered by you, we will send you the correct item after arranging for the pickup of the wrong product.
Tiny Twig has worked hard to display accurate colours of our products on our website. However, we cannot guarantee the colours displayed on your monitor are the same as on the product (displays can vary between various gadgets).
