Returns and Exchange
We are happy to assist you in providing you with a credit note, exchange or refund if you wish to return or exchange item/s from your order for any reason. Kindly note that

Please note that your return postage will be reimbursed if it is proven to be faulty/damage or wrong item. However, no reimbursement in case of change of mind and you may have to pay the postage again for the item exchanged. It is your responsibility to use a postage with tracking option as we cannot take responsibility for parcels that do not arrive to us.
We will contact you if the items requested in exchange are not available or if further payment is required. We recommend that you place another order online and later request a refund for the returned goods.
Please allow up to 7 days for your returns to be processed and replacements to be dispatched.
Damaged or faulty goods
If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact our Customer Service team by email to firstname.lastname@example.org Post the item to us along with the proof of purchase and we will assess it for any manufacturing defects. We will offer you a replacement or credit if the item is found faulty after assessment. Item/s will be returned to you if it is not deemed to be a manufacturing fault after assessment.
Receiving wrong items
If you have received items that does not match your purchase description or received item that was not ordered by you, we will send you the correct item after arranging for the pickup of the wrong item.
We have done our best to display colours of the products on our website as accurately as possible, however, we cannot guarantee the colours displayed by your monitor are same as the one’s displayed on our website as accuracy of colours depend on the type of monitor used.
